NEW THIS SEASON!!! For the upcoming season of ice fishing we have teamed up with world class chef James Kenefick to offer you the best in casual lodge style dining after your day of ice fishing! For a small fee, after your day of fishing, your fish will be brought back and fileted and cooked for you while you relax and let loose and share stories of your day. Depending on what types of fish are caught meals may include Fried Fish, Pan Seared Trout, Stuffed Trout, Salmon Tar Tar, Pickerel Cakes, Bourbon Style Bluegill and many more! All extra fish beyond your meal will be fileted and packaged while you eat and will be ready for you when you leave. Side dishes will be prepared from vegetables grown right here on our 200 acre organic farm.
